It is a high speed production type spray Gun which is
most effective for coating on large industrial finishing
jobs such as on automobiles, ships, constructions, etc.
where speed is of paramount importance.
It is supplied with a standard fluid Nozzle having 1.7
mm bore and an appropriate Needle/Air Cap set up, suitable
for spraying medium to heavy viscosity materials on large
industrial jobs. It consumes about (6 to 8 c.f.m. at 45/50
p.s.i) 170 to 225 litres per minute at 3.15 to 4.20 kgs./sq.cm.
It can be easily and rapidly varied from round concentrated
pattern to a wide fan pattern by means of Spreader Adjustment
Screw provided at the back. |
